Hello to everyone. My first post will serve as an introduction, so… this blog came up when I started working. My last year of school was completely insane because I had to enrolled myself in more courses that i used to in order to complete my credits and graduate on time. So, as much as I enjoyed a lot my last year, I actually had a very few time for myself and to do things that I enjoy (like baking, or reading other than scientific papers and school stuff). Thus, after graduation, I found a job that I really like, but my life wasn’t as chaotic as it was at school.
The thing is that being a student is a full time job (if you take it seriously, of course :p) because you have classes, and then homework, and then projects, thus, you day isn’t over when you arrive home… you still have to do a lot of things, and most of the times that means no sleep and a lot of stress.
However, when you work as an employee, you have more rigid schedule but.. after you finish your hours, you are free! (I know there are works that requiere more than that!). So, basically you spend more time at work than in the classroom, but you don’t have to worry at nights thinking of tomorrow’s exam.
So this is when I started to have more time to cook, and also to read about what I was cooking, because I’m really curious in the story behind food. So, maybe with some researchAnd I though that maybe was also good to write about it, so here am I !
